IBI Group is proud to celebrate 和 recognize the contributions of the #womenofIBI. With many gender-driven conversations happening across the world, we have become even more aware of the importance of listening to 和 respecting one another. 今年, the theme of International Women’s Day is #pressforprogress 和 IBI’s Global Women’s Network (GWN) has heard from many female staff about the ways they are driving this theme at work 和 throughout their comunities, 包括:
- Leading the way: many #womenofIBI are innovators in their fields 和 carving the path for the next generation
- Getting involved: joining 和 volunteering in internal 和 external networks, such as ULI’s 妇女领导倡议, 妇女运输业(WTS)， 国际上 瘦的 社区
- Joining the conversation: read Global Director of HR, Jane Sillberg’s comments on gender balance 和 our non-discrimination policies in 限制 和 Azure

- Believing in themselves: overcoming self-doubt is often the biggest obstacle
